Djibouti Says Seven Soldiers Killed in Rebel Attack

Djibouti said seven of its soldiers were killed in an attack by a rebel group on a military barracks in the early hours of Friday, and launched a search to find six still missing. The unnamed 41-year-old conscript suffered a heart attack during drills at a training ground in Penza's eponymous administrative center, Russian publication PenzaInform reported. Senate lawmakers confirmed the next leaders of U.S. Space Force and U.S. Strategic Command on Thursday during wrap-up work ahead of the October recess. Lt. Gen. Bradley Saltzman will serve as the second-ever chief of space operations and Air Force Gen.
